All of the Best Athlete Tattoos We’ve Spotted at the Paris Olympics So Far

Even if sports aren’t usually your thing, there are plenty of reasons to tune into this year’s Paris Olympics. Other than the obvious fact that it’s incredible to see the world’s top athletes vying for gold, this quadrennial event is also a visual spectacle: So far, we’ve spotted showstopping makeup and manicures, Swarovski-encrusted uniforms, super-stylish sneakers, and a bunch of badass tattoos in action.

One of the cool things about the Summer Games is that there’s a lot more skin on display—which makes it easier to see all the spectacular ink. Whether they’ve got full-on sleeves or more subtle tributes to their sport, these athletes are upping the wow factor in competitions that are already extremely impressive.
